By accepting a quote, signing a contract, making payment, subscribing to a service or continuing to use our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Creative Vues

Creative Vues provides design, website and digital support services to businesses and individuals.

Our website is: https://creativevues.co.uk
Email: hello@creativevues.co.uk

2. Quotes and proposals

Quotes and proposals are based on the information provided by the client at the time of enquiry.

If the scope of work changes, additional work may be quoted separately.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote or proposal. If no validity period is stated, quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the information, content, images, files, feedback and approvals needed to complete the work.

Clients must ensure that any text, images, logos, fonts, brand assets, product information or other materials supplied to Creative Vues are owned by them or that they have permission to use them.

Delays in providing content, feedback or approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed in the quote, proposal, invoice or subscription agreement.

For project work, a deposit or upfront payment may be required before work begins.

For ongoing services, payments may be taken monthly through Stripe or invoiced separately.

Work may be paused if payments are overdue.

Creative Vues reserves the right to charge for work already completed, scheduled or in progress.

5. Late or failed payments

If a payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid, Creative Vues may pause work, withhold deliverables, suspend support or restrict services until payment is received.

Where hosting, website care, subscriptions or ongoing support remain unpaid, services may be suspended after reasonable notice.

6. Project scope and additional work

The agreed scope of work will be set out in the quote, proposal, contract or written agreement.

Any work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Examples of additional work may include new pages, major design changes, extra revisions, additional content, complex integrations, e-commerce expansion, copywriting, image sourcing, troubleshooting outside the agreed scope or urgent support requests.

7. Revisions and approvals

Reasonable revisions may be included where stated in the quote or proposal.

Once work has been approved, further changes may be chargeable.

Approval may be given by email, message, signed document, payment, or other written confirmation.

8. Website design and development

Creative Vues will use reasonable skill and care to design and build websites in line with the agreed brief.

Websites may use third-party platforms, plugins, themes, builders, integrations or tools.

Creative Vues cannot guarantee that a website will be completely error-free or compatible with every browser, device, platform, plugin or third-party system indefinitely.

9. Website hosting and care plans

Website hosting and care plans are subject to the package selected or the written agreement in place.

Hosting and care plan services may include hosting, SSL, backups, software updates, plugin updates, malware monitoring, vulnerability monitoring, storage, support and general website maintenance.

Hosting and care plans remain active only while the client is subscribed and payments are up to date.

Further details are set out in our Subscription Terms.

10. Plugin licences and third-party tools

Some premium plugins, software, tools or licences may be provided through Creative Vues’ business-level accounts as part of an active hosting, care plan or support package.

These licences remain the property of Creative Vues and are not transferable unless agreed in writing.

If a website moves away from Creative Vues, the client or new provider may need to purchase their own licences, create their own accounts or replace tools with suitable alternatives.

11. SEO and marketing services

SEO, content and marketing services are provided with the aim of improving visibility, content quality, user experience and online presence.

Creative Vues cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, enquiries, sales, leads or other commercial results.

Search engines, social platforms and third-party systems may change their algorithms, policies or features at any time.

12. Content, images and copyright

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images or assets supplied to Creative Vues are accurate, lawful and suitable for use.

Unless otherwise agreed, the client owns the final approved visual work created specifically for them once full payment has been received.

Creative Vues may retain ownership of working files, templates, processes, code snippets, systems, licence accounts and internal methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Print and production

Where Creative Vues arranges print or production, final approval is the client’s responsibility.

Colours may vary between screen and print, and between different print runs or materials.

Once print has been approved and ordered, changes may not be possible and costs remain payable.

14. Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service.

For project work, the client remains responsible for payment for work completed, scheduled or in progress up to the point of cancellation.

For ongoing monthly services, cancellation is subject to the notice period stated in the relevant agreement or Subscription Terms.

15. Handover and moving provider

If a client chooses to move their website, hosting or support to another provider, Creative Vues will provide reasonable handover support.

This may include creating a WordPress admin login, confirming key setup details and providing general information about the website.

Creative Vues does not transfer business-level hosting accounts, licence accounts, internal systems, project management systems, business-owned accounts or proprietary working methods.

Any outstanding invoices must be paid before handover work is completed.

16. Liability

Creative Vues will use reasonable care and skill when providing services.

Creative Vues is not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of opportunity, reputational damage, third-party platform issues, search engine changes, hosting provider issues or indirect/consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

17. Third-party services

Creative Vues may work with third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, plugins, platforms, email providers, analytics tools, booking systems or social media platforms.

Creative Vues is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, price changes, restrictions or decisions made by third-party providers.

Creative Vues may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be available on our website.
